Tathastu Pench

Very close to the National Tiger Reserve forest. The lodge is ideal for safaris - we went for three of them in two days. Excellent quality of staff and service. I realized after leaving for a safari that I may have lost my credit card in the common area and asked for help. The staff found it and kept it for me until I returned.Perfectly geared to help you to go on safaris - early wake up calls with tea/coffee, packed breakfast to carry, coordinated with the safari vehicles,....the works! The full pension meals were delicious.

It is a jungle lodge - rustic as it is supposed to be - needs a better upkeep.

Not comfortable this time.

There was loud music playing till late night 11.40 pmEven after repeated requests and call to reception that the family and kids are being disturbed, no action was taken. They should have the courtesy for all guests in property and should have some rules for loud music and their timings. I have been visiting this resort for many times but this experience was not good.

Nothing too bad they didn’t allowed us to stay after coming from Hyderabad too long a journey of 780 km. Their manager was too rough and was full drunk

Property is well planned and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner was good, too. Various types of accommodation is available, which gives the customer a variety of choices. Staff is very polite and courteous, too.

Nothing much. I personally felt it was a tad on higher side of the budget considering its overall aura. It could have been a steal had it been in the range of INR 6k - 8K. The intercom was placed at the far side of my bed, causing me taking pains to get up, reach at it and talk to resort guys. Rest all is very good.

Poor

Too noisy even at 10:30pm. Noise made by other guests using large sized personal speakers were not regulated by the staff.

Clean, well maintained resort. Tasteful furnishing. Lots of greenery, lawns and amole space for outdoor dining and entertainment. Very helpful and courteous staff. Went out of their way to help and make you comfortable.

Room doesn't have wifi and its only available in lobby.

Everything about tathastu was nice and gaming area . Swimming pool part was nice , there two servants who guide us . We sing a song at night'.

They but online checking tathastu while check the rate they not including ac and food and it's the lowest amount if we just like it . U click on link , for checking congratulations if have selected the room , why just checking the room price total then they say u have selected the room..why everything is so high and all .. food included and all that team all should tel us

Service, location, amenities, jungle safari

There was little miscommunication about jungle safari.

Good location, good facilities, serving staff very good !

As Villa options are bit complicated, more clarity should be shared with guests and guests should be kept happy considering this complexity.

Never seen better hospitality. Great food too. Many activities for humans above 15

Didn't have playarea for kids under 10
